Ts. Mohamed Kheirulnaim is a certified Professional Technologist (P.Tech) in Cyber Security Technology and holds a Master’s degree in Cyber Security, with over 11 years of experience in incident handling, cyber crisis management (both at organizational and national levels), operating Security Operation Centre (SOC), and managing cyber threat intelligence.

Currently serving at the National Cyber Coordination & Command Centre (NC4), National Cyber Security Agency (NACSA) as Head of Incident Response and Cyber Threat Intelligence, his overall job scope includes developing and planning the strategic direction of Malaysia in implementing activities related to Industrial Control System, National Cryptography Policy, Cyber Crisis Management, Authentication and Identity Access Management, Threat Identification, and Protection of Critical National Information Infrastructure (CNII).
